Back to reality

Well, the kids are back and it's nice to be able to fall back into the same daily routine. Something about having set actions throughout the day really appeals to me. Especially when everything goes smooth. I've always thought that I would thrive in a military environment. I would swiftly rise through the ranks and find great worth in the sense of accomplishment. Much like the satisaction that my sister Ramona feels after leveling up on Mafia Wars! Just don't send me to the battle field. My friends from school would tell you that I'd be the first to die. True maybe, but I'd go down in a blaze of glory!

Yeah, as you can tell, I haven't lost my spontaneity;) I'm still known to break into song and dance at the drop of a hat:) Yesterday in the office I busted out a cartwheel in the middle of the PT room just to see if I could do it! One of my patients, who happens to be a gymnast, said that I needed more extention:( I got it down by the third try. Nice to know I still got it in me. What exactly "it" is, I'm not sure!

Going to AT&T corporate offices today to give a lecture on nutrition. Should go well...

Good morning son...I am a bird...wearing a brown polyester shirt...
